To help streamline incoming calls for the Ashe County Animal Control Department, we are introducing a new phone number to better distribute calls and reduce wait times. If you need assistance from an Animal Control Officer, please call 336-982-4060. Your call will be routed through Ashe County Communications to ensure the nearest available animal control officer responds to your concern. If you need to speak with someone at the animal shelter, please call 336-846-5966. Thank you for your patience as we transition to this improved call process.
