Effective July 1, 2007

1 & 2 Family Dwellings:

$358.00 for First 1000 SQ FT Heated; $9.00 per 100 SQ FT over 1000 SQ FT

$98.00 for First 1000 SQ FT Unheated; $4.00 per 100 SQ FT over 1000 SQ FT

(Unheated space consist of unfinished Basement, Carport, Garage, covered Porches)

 

1 & 2 Family Additions:

$260.00 for First 1000 SQ FT

Additions of more than 1000 SQ FT requires 1 & 2 Family Building Permit

 

1 & 2 Family Remodeling:

$293.00 for First 1000 SQ FT & $7.00 per 100 SQ FT over 1000 SQ FT

 

All the above permits cover all Trades

 

Commercial Building:

$227.00 up to $15,000 Cost of Construction

$325.00 over $15,000 up to $50,000 Cost of Construction

$7.00 per $1,000 over $50,000 Cost of Construction

 

This permit can cover all trades or each trade can be individually permitted

          

Moving Permit:

$195.00 includes Moving, Foundation, & Hook-up any other changes or remolding requires a separate Permit.

 

Mobile Home Permit:

All work started before permitted is subject to double permit fee.

All permit fees for non-profit tax exempt organizations as described in General Statute 105-278.3 are waved.
