1)All Log Houses must have Engineered signed & sealed plans

2)Engineered Log House Plans must address these items

a) Energy Trade Off (RES Check 3.6 Release 2 for the 2003 IECC zone 11)

b) Spans (Floor, Rafter & Beams or Girders)

c) Window Schedule

d) Wind Zone

e) Snow Load

f) Square Footage (Heated, Unheated & Decks)

g) Window & Door Buck Detail

h) Moisture Content of Logs (If not specified must be 19% or less)

i) Footer & Foundation Details

j) Connection Details (Log to Foundation & Log to Log)
